Dale Nirvani Pfeifer is the CEO of Giving Compass, an AI-powered platform that supports donors in making impact-driven decisions. She is also the Chairwoman of Goodworld, a platform she co-founded that pioneered social good through technology, nonprofit fundraising, and donor engagement. As a former Director of the Center for the Study of Leadership at Victoria University in New Zealand, Dale is a recognized expert in leadership, equity, and the integration of indigenous leadership models in modern contexts.
