Dien is CEO of Daylight Advisors and a philanthropic strategist with over 25 years of experience. She founded the Center for Philanthropy and Social Impact at The American College and is known for advancing diversity and innovation in giving. Dien serves on the boards of Give2Asia, Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation, The 1990 Institute, and Giving Compass, and advises Asia Society Northern California and Global SF.
